1. Policy Statement
Fyre Music respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate action.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our website or in our content, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:
2.1 Required Information
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our site

- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:
3.1 Counter-Notification Requirements
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction in your district or where we are located
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
4. Our Response Process
4.1 Upon Receiving a Valid DMCA Notice
- We will promptly investigate the claim
- Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content if appropriate
- Notify the content provider of the removal
- Document the complaint for our records
4.2 Upon Receiving a Counter-Notification
- We will provide a copy to the original complainant
- Inform them they have 10 business days to seek a court order
- Restore the content if no court order is received within the timeframe
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts or access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also remove content from repeat infringers without prior notice.
6. False Claims Warning

Making false claims in a DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including attorney fees. Only submit a DMCA notice if you have a good faith belief that the use is infringing.
7. Safe Harbor Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with the DMCA safe harbor provisions. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws.
8. Content Verification
While we make reasonable efforts to verify the copyright status of content we feature, users should always check individual video descriptions and our Usage Policy before using any content.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Much of our content is hosted on third-party platforms like YouTube. Copyright issues on these platforms should also be reported directly to the respective platform in addition to notifying us.
